The best way to appreciate this magical scene is from a boat, cruising between these karst cliffs, which loom like fairytale castles, complete with rocky spires and hidden caves. The bay is dotted with many tiny islands, pristine sandbanks on the turquoise water providing an excellent back for swimming or just sunbathing on the boat deck.
Halong Bay Classic Cruise 2 days
Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay (L)
Our guide will pick up you at 8:30 a.m. at main lobby of your hotel. We drive through the beautiful countryside of the Red River Delta en route to Halong City. Upon arriving in Ha Long City you take a private boat for an amazing cruise of Halong Bay, and weather permitting, have the opportunity for a swim in the crystalline emerald waters. The trip would not be complete without a sumptuous seafood lunch on board as you are cruising. You also visit one beautiful limestone grotto before making your way back to Halong City where you stay for the night.
Day 2: Ha Long Bay - Hanoi (B)
After breakfast you check out drive back to Hanoi. En route you will stop to visit the Bat Trang Ceramic village located on the bank of Red river before back to your hotel. End of services.
